Refunds Policy

We’d rather you bought CareerIntel knowing exactly what happens if it’s not for you. Here’s the policy in full, in three short sections.

7-Day Sprint Pass

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you haven’t used the AI tools yet. Email support@careerintel-ai.com with your order date and we’ll refund via Stripe within a few business days.

After 24 hours, or once you’ve generated an analysis, the 7 days run their course. The Sprint is built for an intensive search week, not a trial. If something is genuinely broken on our end, see “Bugs and unfair charges” below.

Pro monthly subscription

Cancel any time from the Settings page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t pro-rate refunds for the unused remainder. When the period ends, the renewal stops; no further charges.

If you cancelled immediately after a renewal and didn’t mean to renew, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund that renewal in full. This is the UK consumer-law cooling-off period for distance-sold digital services, and we honour it for Pro subscribers.

Bugs and unfair charges

Always email support@careerintel-ai.com. If you were billed for something you didn’t use because of a bug, if a charge went through after you cancelled, or if an analysis failed and we never delivered the result you paid for, we resolve these by hand and almost always refund. We’d rather lose the charge than lose your trust.

The legal bit

This page is the plain-English summary. The binding language lives in our Terms of Service. Where the two appear to differ, the Terms govern, but we’ve written this summary in good faith and intend both to say the same thing. If they read otherwise, tell us at support@careerintel-ai.com and we’ll fix the discrepancy.
